OHHK Purple Pin

All souvenirs are shipped by SF express. You can choose your address, or directly fill in the detailed address of  SF Store or SF Locker Locations in the shipping address field. 

Once the order has been confirmed, OHHK team would prepare the parcel and delivery service is made by SF express. The whole process takes around 10 working days delivering to the customer (Depend on the arrangements of SF express). 

Free shipping is only available for specific items,  a delivery fee billed on freight collect basis will be charged by SF Express.

Please provide correct recipient phone number and delivery addresses. Any shipments invalid due to incorrect information, SF Express may have additional service charges.

SF Express may have additional service charges for any changes on shipping method or delivery address after ordering.

Please confirm product options and quantity before order, upon successful payment, you will not be able to have any changes on option/addition/combined order.

Return terms: Unless the souvenirs are damaged, there are no returns or exchanges for souvenirs ordered. Buyers can contact Hong Kong within 7 days of receiving the goods for a refund or exchange if the souvenirs are found damaged.
